薄膜制樣機是製備塑膠薄膜拉伸試驗樣條的專用設備,把薄膜精確切割成標準尺寸的樣條,供萬能試驗機做拉伸強度、斷裂伸長率等測試。

和衝切裁刀的核心區別:衝切是衝壓成型,邊緣容易產生毛刺和微裂紋,導致測試數據偏低;薄膜制樣機採用旋轉切割方式,樣條邊緣平整、兩邊平行,20倍放大鏡下無缺陷,測試數據更準確。


Q2:哪些材料和標準能用?

適用於BOPP、BOPET、BOPA、PE、PP等各類塑膠薄膜及複合膜,也可用於紙張、織物等薄片材料。

符合 GB/T 1040.3-2006 / ISO 527-3:1995《塑膠拉伸性能的測定 第3部分:薄膜和薄片的試樣條件》標準要求。


Q3:一次能切多少條?精度怎麼樣?

一次可同時切12條樣條(15mm寬5條 + 10mm寬7條),也可自行配置刀具,同時切10/15/20/25mm四種寬度。

制樣誤差≤±0.1mm,切割厚度≤0.25mm,樣條長度200mm,滿足絕大多數薄膜力學測試要求。


Q4:操作難不難?新手能上手嗎?
