薄膜制样机是制备塑料薄膜拉伸试验样条的专用设备,把薄膜精确切割成标准尺寸的样条,供万能试验机做拉伸强度、断裂伸长率等测试。

和冲切裁刀的核心区别:冲切是冲压成型,边缘容易产生毛刺和微裂纹,导致测试数据偏低;薄膜制样机采用旋转切割方式,样条边缘平整、两边平行,20倍放大镜下无缺陷,测试数据更准确。


Q2:哪些材料和标准能用?

适用于 BOPP、BOPET、BOPA、PE、PP 等各类塑料薄膜及复合膜,也可用于纸张、织物等薄片材料。

符合 GB/T 1040.3-2006 / ISO 527-3:1995《塑料拉伸性能的测定 第3部分:薄膜和薄片的试样条件》标准要求。


Q3:一次能切多少条?精度怎么样?

一次可同时切12条样条(15mm宽5条 + 10mm宽7条),也可自行配置刀具,同时切10/15/20/25mm四种宽度。

制样误差≤±0.1mm,切割厚度≤0.25mm,样条长度200mm,满足绝大多数薄膜力学测试要求。


Q4:操作难不难?新手能上手吗?

非常简单,三步搞定:铺样 → 定位 → 切割。不需要复杂参数设置,普通实验室人员简单培训就能独立操作。

日常维护也很省心:每次用完清干净碎屑,刀片钝了换一把就行。判断刀片该换的标志——样条边缘起毛刺、切出来的碎屑从大条变细粉。
