XINGLIAN-TEST переезжает на новое предприятие: официально открывается современная производственная и научно-исследовательская база площадью 1000 кв.м.

2026-Sep-05

On August 31, 2026, XINGLIAN Instruments Equipment (Beijing) Co., Ltd. officially relocated its Chengde production base to a new site — a modern facility of over 1,000 square meters located within the Shangyingzi Vehicle Management Office compound, Shuangluan District, Chengde City. This marks another important milestone in the company's development, representing a key step forward in capacity expansion and R&D upgrade.

Eleven Years of Dedication: From Trading to Independent R&D and Manufacturing

Founded in 2015, XINGLIAN Instruments started as a trading company specializing in the export of testing instruments. With a deep understanding of global customer needs and professional service capabilities, the company quickly established a strong presence in international markets.

In 2020, responding to growing business demands, the company established a production facility in Chengde, achieving a strategic transformation from pure trading to independent R&D and manufacturing, with a core focus on plastic pipe testing equipment. After years of technological accumulation, the company has successively launched core products including Melt Flow Rate Testers, Universal Testing Machines, Pipe Hydrostatic Pressure Testing Machines, and Pipe Drop Weight Impact Testers, widely used in B2B scenarios such as plastic pipe production, plastic modification, and quality inspection laboratories, serving customers across multiple countries and regions worldwide.

In 2025, the company successfully registered the "XINGLIAN-TEST" brand, officially entering a new phase of brand-driven development.

Sustained Order Growth Drives New Facility to Break Through Space Constraints

In recent years, with steady growth in both domestic and international orders, the original production site has gradually shown space limitations. To ensure delivery capability and support future business expansion, the company's leadership, after careful evaluation, decided to invest several hundred thousand yuan in leasing the new site to build a production and R&D base at production-laboratory level.

The new base covers a total area of over 1,000 square meters, achieving a comprehensive upgrade in spatial layout compared to the original site:

- Production Area: Optimized production line layout and material flow efficiency, with ample space reserved for future capacity expansion

- R&D and Laboratory Area: Independent R&D and testing laboratories equipped with more comprehensive testing and calibration instruments

- Office and Showroom Area: Added a product showroom and customer reception area to enhance the customer visit experience

- Warehousing and Logistics Area: Expanded finished product and raw material storage to shorten shipping turnover cycles

The company's general manager stated that the opening of the new base is not merely a physical expansion, but an overall leap in production management and R&D capabilities.

Taking Relocation as a New Starting Point: Continued Commitment to the Plastic Testing Sector

Standing at a new starting point, XINGLIAN Instruments will continue to uphold its product philosophy of "Precision, Reliability, Professionalism," focusing on the niche sector of plastic physical property testing instruments, continuously increasing R&D investment, and constantly improving product accuracy and stability.

Meanwhile, leveraging the new base, the company will further improve its sales and service network, deepening its presence in both domestic and international markets — serving plastic pipe manufacturers, modified plastics companies, and quality inspection institutions domestically, while expanding global export channels internationally, committed to building "XINGLIAN-TEST" into a Chinese brand with international competitiveness in the field of plastic testing equipment.
